This historic football club is based in El Mahalla El Kubra, Egypt, and was founded in 1936. Competing in the Egyptian Premier League, it is one of the oldest and most respected clubs in Egyptian football history. The club achieved its greatest success in 1973, winning the league title and becoming one of the few clubs outside Cairo to do so.
